Kalisha & her team were great! The redid our countertops, backsplash and sink and had the entire project done in 3 days. It looks fantastic. The only gripe I had was that they were an hour late to the template appointment, but after voicing my concerns with moving forward, I did not experience any other issues relating to professionalism/timeliness. I would absolultey recommend them.

We are remodeling two bathrooms and went to KBD in Arvada in search of making a quartz countertop with 2 sinks for one of the bathrooms. Kalisha, their sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful, since we knew very little. We selected the stone, and not long after, Alex came out to measure for the countertop and picked up one of our sinks for the template. In the process we found we could also do the smaller countertop in the second bathroom and all the backsplashes from the single half slab we ordered, which saved us money. Jo Jo and an assistant did a nice job installing both countertops, their backsplashes, and sinks in one morning. I was impressed with how well the veining of the backsplashes matched the countertop. The whole process from first visit to installation took about 2 weeks. Everyone at KBD was pleasant and helpful.

I called to get an estimate for the countertop in my downstairs bathroom.
Kalisha answered the phone and within the first minute, I knew I was in good hands. She was asking questions to me of things I had never even thought about. She really opening my eyes to the possibilities and options of what can be done. I really must say that Kalisha's customer service skills, and her knowledge in design has really given me a new positive outlook on this project. I'm enjoying this process and having fun with it.

Kalisha was professional and polite. She came to our home for measurements and design, arrived on time. The ordering of materials went smooth. There were damaged cabinet parts and the warranty process was fairly easy with a slight mistake (Not Kalisha’s Fault). I sent Kalisha photos and a detailed email and she communicated with Mastercraft to have the replacement parts shipped. I did get a call from Mastercraft for the delivery window and the delivery team was careful and courteous. Delivery of the original order took 4-6 weeks. Warranty delivery was approximately 2 weeks.

I hired my own cabinet installer however Kalisha’s service quality did not change. The stone remnant template process went according to plan. The stone team was extremely professional and kind. No issues with the install. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with everything.

What I had picked out was being discontinued by the time I finally made my decision and Kalisha sent me an alternative. I liked her choice a lot more than mine. After install it looks amazing!!! I had an image and they exceeded my expectations!!!! I can say I have no complaints at all. The installers were great so fast and efficient!!! We paid less than Lowes and H.Depot quotes. Wish I found them sooner I would have had them do the whole remodel.

I am not someone who leaves reviews, but I do feel the need to complement and HIGHLY recommend KBD for anyone looking for a countertop install.

Kalisha is fantastic - extremely responsive, very kind, and provided me with a great stylistic recommendation. On top of that, she will give you the no-nonsense pro and cons list for each material, so I felt like I was working with an expert.

Joe and the install team was absolutely fantastic as well. Arrived on time and very communicative. All the way down to the seam choice, which without asking, they make a very thoughtful placement for the seam (out of the reflective area so its much less visible). Sink cutout is very clean and seam is not very visible. Fits great and should last.

Very satisfied. I researched 5 counter fabricators for my Marshall Fire rebuild. I wanted a fair price but most important a quality job. My project was big, requiring 3 slabs. Three fabricators came in around the same price, including KBD (and Home Depot for reference, and I had no plan on using them). Two came in well above 35% higher. All for the same quartz. KBD was the first to get back to me with an estimate, and Kalisha actually followed up. (Her job, but nobody seems to do this much anymore so thanks Kalisha for keeping the standard up!)
My stone was back ordered, I recommend asking about this if your timeline is short. Otherwise KBD kept me informed, answered my questions and calls, and delivered when promised. They also made payment easy.
For the most important part for me, the installation quality was excellent. You really cannot see the seams, (two) and the effort they put into matching was great. Also I had two waterfalls on my island and those look amazing!
Make sure you ask Kalisha about your cabinet design (I had another cabinet provider) when it comes to islands due to electrical outlet requirements. She knows what to do. Otherwise you might end up with outlets in your waterfall if you do them and that is less than desirable. Wish I had met them sooner! Overall, great service and quality. I chose them based on Google reviews and I am glad I did!

They did an amazing job on the remodel of our primary bath and kitchen. They kept us updated throughout the project and the kitchen was finished more quickly than expected, which was fantastic!

The entire KBD organization deserves a 5* rating. Everybody at KBD was friendly, accommodating, professional, and exceedingly proficient in their work. Kalisha, my main contact, was extremely patient and helpful as I spent over 2 months deciding what company to use and, more importantly, what quartz design to select. As I told her, I have no taste and couldn’t envision what would go with my existing kitchen and bathroom cabinets and flooring. I was very anxious and unsure about the 10 or so quartz possibilities I had chosen. She made a number of valuable suggestions and even sent me pictures of other bath/kitchens with similar cabinets and flooring. Once I settled on the quartz, she included me in the template design and the job was done within about 2 weeks and I am extremely pleased with the results. The customer service was outstanding, not only from Kalisha but from everyone at KBD that I encountered. I would have no problem using KBD and Kalisha again for any future kitchen and bathroom needs.

I worked with Kalisha at KBD to inquire about the fabrication process and to obtain the cost for material. While ultimately I did not move forward with KBD I wanted to highlight the great customer service that I received from Kalisha. She was responsive, timely, and willing to work with you to help meet your budgetary needs. I was very new to this process and she was more than willing to answer all my questions/concerns. I will definitely be keeping KBD in mind for any future projects that come up.
